Presented by the Redondo Pier Association, MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach, and Cancer Support Community South Bay, this series offers an opportunity to breathe in the fresh sea air while practicing mindfulness and movement.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n✨ When: Every 2nd Saturday, January through December\n✨ Time: 10:00 – 11:00 A.M.\n✨ Where: Fisherman’s Wharf, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 (West End of the Pier)\nParticipants of all experience levels are welcome to enjoy this scenic outdoor session designed to rejuvenate the body and mind.
