Bring a kite or purchase one at the pier! Special performance by Dance 1 to kick off the festival at 11:45 A.M. on the pier followed by 1969 band performance, Craig’s Hot Dog on a Stick Eating Contest, Face Painting and DJ. Free sponsor giveaways and prizes for kite flyers in various categories.\n
