DESCRIPTION:Friday Fun is led by Miss Cindy. It’s a hands-on program for preschoolers, ages 3-6 years, and their parents or guardians. The program will be offered at no charge every Friday from 10:00am – 12:00pm. The program will incorporate storytime, science, art, and a tour in the Preserve emphasizing the chosen topic. We will spend the first hour inside the Nature Center and the second hour in the Preserve. Some weeks there will also be potting or other activities. The topics emphasize respect for all living things and prepare the children (and parents) to be good stewards of the planet.\nAlso explore our recorded sessions of Friday Fun on the Madrona Marsh YouTube channel: https://bit.ly/35MKyTu\n** REGISTRATION PROCEDURE **\nEnrollment will be limited to 15 children between the ages of 3 and 6 years old. Masks are required when indoors, masks are optional when outdoors. Please dress for the weather.\nFamilies will need to call the marsh to register for “Friday Fun”. Please call (310) 782-3989 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday between 10 am – 5 pm and speak to the receptionist to be added to the list.\n** NOTE – If you can not keep your reservation, please call the marsh or email me to cancel.
