The goal? Curiosity, comfort, and confidence.\nAgenda: Introductions and Icebreakers.; Period and Mindfulness: how to show up for yourself and support your body through changes, how to recognize when changes are occurring; Activity: Fun and engaging activity to get girls talking and comfortable.\n Plus: Make your own period kits!\n✨ For Moms:\nWhile your daughter is in her group, you’ll join other moms in a relaxed, guided conversation. Learn how to support your daughter through the changes ahead, what’s normal (and what’s not), and how to make these talks feel natural at home.\n💬 Why It Matters:\n\nGirls leave feeling empowered, not embarrassed\nMoms feel equipped, not overwhelmed\nEveryone leaves feeling more connected\n\n🚫 What it’s not:\nThis is not a medical seminar or a clinical presentation.
