DESCRIPTION:Saturday, April 18, 2026\n9:30 AM to 1:00 PM\nVeterans Parkway\nValley Drive and 15th Street\nManhattan Beach, CA 90266\nAcross from the Joslyn Community Center\nThe City of Manhattan Beach and Grades of Green invite the community to participate in the City’s first community tree planting event on Saturday, April 18, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM.\nCommunity members and students from each MBUSD school and American Martyrs Catholic School, lead by student Tree Ambassadors from each school, will plant a total of eight California-native western sycamore trees along the Veterans Parkway across from the Joslyn Community Center. In addition to the tree planting, there will be educational resources and activities for all ages provided by our community partners from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM.\nPlease arrive by 9:30 AM to allow ample time for registration.
