2022 California Avocado Festival
The California Avocado Festival is Carpinteria’s largest festival and community celebration. It has in the past attracted more than 80,00 people each year and has raised over $100,000 for participating Non-Profits and Service Organizations.
WE ARE GOING TO BE LIVE in 2022! Mark your calendars for our 36th Annual Festival “Back to the Roots” to be held on Linden Ave. Safety protocols will be managed in accordance with City, County, and State guidelines. The event will be our traditional three-day event, just on a slightly smaller scale. We will bring back the 4 stages with several bands performing. We will have food booths offering the traditional tri-tip sandwiches, taquitos, guacamole, and avocado ice cream as well as beer/wine booths. We have scaled back the number of merchant booths to include only local vendors. We will have the Ferris Wheel! We will have the guacamole contest, strong-arm contest and much more! We are going back to the roots and we are going to celebrate that Carpinteria style! We will reveal more details soon on our website and social media platforms.
