Join us to celebrate our Nation’s 248th birthday! The celebration includes a patriotic concert by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Band, family entertainment, lawn games, crafts, face painting, carnival picnic games, and more. Presidential look-alikes will tell interesting stories. Our bistro will be open with food and drinks available for purchase. All outdoor activities are free; admission rates apply to view the Ronald Reagan Presidential Museum, Air Force One, and the new special exhibition, Auschwitz. Not long ago, Not far away. Join us for a statue unveiling of Sally Ride, the first American woman to fly in space. This program will be open to the public at 11:00 a.m.

And join us at 10:30 a.m. for a reading by author Todd Zimmermann for his book, Oliver Doodle Dandy. From the freedoms we cherish, to the opportunities we have, to the accomplishments of legendary American’s, Oliver Doodle Dandy teaches the incredible story of our great nation. And, that in America, children can accomplish anything they dream.
