This year the ESB’s host plant is blooming later than normal, probably due to our ongoing thick marine layer and cooler temperatures.
Join us for our annual El Segundo Blue butterfly walk on July 13th or 20th
Our hosts, Ann Dalkey, SBPC Advisory Board Member and Esplanade Bluff Restoration Project Biologist and Mary Simun, SBPC Board Member, will be leading the walks.
We will spend 1 hour walking and talking and discussing the habitat, plants, and of course the butterflies!
LIMITED spots available, first come first serve.
LOCATION meet on the sidewalk north of Miramar Park near the intersection of the Esplanade and Vista Del Mar.
There is a parking lot just north of Miramar Park as well as street parking (both metered) if you are driving to the event. Carpooling, bicycling and walking are encouraged!
