Free Shred Event

The City of Long Beach is hosting a free shred event to help residents securely dispose of confidential documents.

TIME:
8:00am – 10:00am*
*Mobile shredding truck on site until the truck is full.

DATE:
Saturday, June 18, 2022

LOCATION:
LBCC Pacific Coast Campus Parking Lot 2
1305 E. Pacific Coast Hwy.
(corner of Orange Ave. & PCH)

3 box maximum per car (box size cannot exceed 10x12x15 dimensions)

WE ACCEPT:
– Confidential documents, white or colored paper
– Manila file folders, staples, and paperclips
– Envelopes and cardboard

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
– CDs, hard drives, cell phones, or any electronics
– 3-ring folders, metal objects, plastics, glass, plastic bags, food materials, batteries, weapons
