Grief Acknowledgment Day

Sharing is caring!

Join us for a free community gathering with activities for kids and adults to acknowledge who and what we lost during the pandemic.
  • Grief can be so isolating but it doesn’t have to be, historically and in many cultures around the world its been done in community.
  • Many of us lost dreams, loved ones, security and so much more during the pandemic. Gun violence and state sanctioned violence rattled us these past few years and there haven’t been many opportunities to support each other and process all that’s happened.
  • We are hosting this FREE event to create space for community, grief, healing and acknowledgement. Come join us and remember you are not alone in your grief, we are really in this together.
  • Parking is metered . There is a play structure and plenty of grass. Bring your own blanket or camping chair.
