The City of Long Beach Environmental Services Bureau is offering free workshops to help residents learn about composting! Learn how to turn your food scraps and yard debris into a valuable soil amendment for your garden or landscape 🪴

Workshop topics include:
🪱 How to set up and maintain a backyard compost bin and vermicompost (worm) bin
❓ What materials can and cannot go into a compost bin
🌱 How to use finished compost for your potted plants, garden, or landscape
