Nature Storytime
Nature Storytime is an opportunity for you and your 3- to 5-year-old child to discover the wonders of Madrona Marsh through stories, science activities, games, and hands-on crafts. Each program is intended to teach the importance of nature in a caring and nurturing environment. After Nature Storytime, we suggest you take a walk in our Native Garden or the Preserve and explore the plants and animals in their environment. Please be on time. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Nature Storytime is led by Miss Carol. It’s held inside the Nature Center on the 2nd Thursday of every month, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM. Participation is limited to 15 children and registration is required. Please call the Nature Center, 310-782-3989, to register. This is an indoor event and masks are required.
