Panelist: Jessica Accamando President/CEO, Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau
Jessica Accamando has been leading change in Hermosa Beach, representing almost 500 businesses in navigating a challenging but vital time. Through partnerships, community engagement, and creative approaches, she has helped a small beach community find unity, support, and growth. Accamando also owns a creative agency where she has led a career in brand development and great design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Communications from George Washington University and lives in Hermosa Beach.
Panelist: Tamala Lewis, AEG’s Dignity Health Sports Park , Sr. Director, Community Relations & Foundation, Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce
Tamala has been with AEG for over 20 Years. In this position she has received several awards and honors such as: Special Congressional Recognition Awards, National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment (NABFEME) Stiletto finalist Award “Rising Star Executives to Watch”, Fabulous Women of Los Angeles Honoree, Imani Corporation’s Maximize Your Potential Award Honoree, Who’s Who in Black Los Angeles 2008, 2009 and 2010, 2014 Boys & Girls Club of America’s National Service to Youth Award, 2015 Outstanding Women Honoree, 2015 Carson Chamber of Commerce Community Award, 2017 AEG Service Award, 2018 AEG Service Award, 2019 L.O.V.E. Sisterhood Women Impact Award, 2020 Comerica Bank and LA Lakers Woman of Business Award, 2020 Boys and Girls Club of America’s National Service To Youth Award, Boys Girls Club of Carson 2020 Champion of Youth Award, 2021 Torrance Catalyst Award, 2022 U.S Women’s National Soccer Team Ambassador and 2022 Women of Influence Luncheon “Inspirational Award”, 2023 Unsung Hero Woman of the Year Award to name a few.
Tamala is the wife of 4X Olympic Gold Track and Field Medalist, Steve Lewis and a mother of two daughters. She is also a former recording artist on Columbia/Sony Records, professional dancer for several recording artists and clothing designer.

Bibi Goldstein is the founder and CEO of Buying Time, LLC – a Virtual Administrative Support Solution for entrepreneurs. She is a time management and systems expert, speaker, author and works with many entrepreneurs to automate and systemize their businesses in order to maximize their time.
She is an active member of her business community in the South Bay. Bibi has served as chair multiple times for 2 local non-profits major fundraising events, serves on the advisory board for Walk With Sally and also as a board member for the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce, who she has been a member of since 2007.
Panelist: Cathy Johnson, VP-Membership, Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce
Cathy Johnson is the VP-Membership at the Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. She has been a resident of the south bay for over 55 years and has been involved in the business community since 1992 with her own magazines and YES I CAN coaching business. Cathy understands the power of networking and building a community through relationships and will share her top tips.
