The City of Redondo Beach will celebrate the 45th Annual Holiday Music and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 4:30 PM. This community tradition brings families together for an evening of holiday music, student performances, and the official tree lighting at the Redondo Beach Civic Center.
The program will be hosted by Vera Jimenez from KTLA Channel 5 Weather. The presentation of colors will be led by RUHS MCJROTC with Captain Hoang Nguyen. Live music will be performed by the RUHS Jazz Band directed by Christopher Lee, along with the RUHS, Middle School, and Elementary School Choirs directed by Dr. Izumi Erskine.
