I’m a personal trainer and mom of two young boys, with a wonderful backyard business in North Redondo.
I have over 20 years’ experience as a personal trainer. My sessions are a combination of fun, circuit-style strength exercises and cardio bursts, tons of core strengthening, all while balancing one’s biomechanics to reduce overuse or risk of chronic injuries. My enthusiasm and commitment to my work can be shown in my education, as I take a minimum of 3 courses / year to progress in my profession.
I take a whole health approach, coaching each client’s nutritional profiles so that they can be proactive about their healthcare, while feeling their absolute best. All ongoing coaching, extra programs – mobility, strength, cardio, travel plans – are included in my rates.
Complimentary consultations offered to any prospective clients. I have a 50/50 split between males and female clients – and some of my mom clients even bring their kids to play in the backyard while they train.
