What is a Health Coach?
Health Coaches team up with their clients to identify what areas of their life are out of sync and help sort out where and how to start on a path to a healthier version of yourself. This includes diet/food, exercise, sleep, relationships and stress management.
Health Coaches realize that it’s not your lack of will-power or motivation; you need a support system to address barriers that are stopping you from achieving your health and wellness goals to live a healthier life. We look at what is going RIGHT in your life rather than focusing on just the problems.
How does it work?
1. We first have a free 20-minute Discovery Session where I listen to your current health issues along with your vision for health and wellness. I will also tell you a little about the role of a health coach and how I can best help you achieve the changes you desire.
2. Yay! We’re a good fit! Now you will book a one-hour Foundation Session through my website. I will send you a few links to online forms and tools, which take about 30 minutes to complete. This information will help me get to know you better before our first session. You will also receive a Zoom link for our session. During our first session, we will lay the foundation for your vision of health and wellness and where you would like to be. We will dig into what is standing in the way of achieving that vision, making goals and taking steps to get you there. I am your ally and cheerleader and offer a non-judgmental space to explore what is under the surface.
3. At the end of our Foundation session, we will discuss what package suits your needs as you know what is best for you.
4. We get to work to help make the best version of yourself a reality and celebrate your successes along the way!
