Our guilt-free meals are plant-based, gluten-free, soy-free, and low-glycemic. We cook with organic, non-gmo ingredients unless they are not available, and we only use avocado or olive oil.

We deliver in the South Bay, within 8 miles of Hawthorne, but you can choose to pick up your meals also from anywhere.

Chef Carmen is also available for private and for small catering events, upon request.
