Recreational & competitive dance classes are offered at this Redondo Beach dance studio.  It offers a nurturing environment, outstanding teachers, and numerous performance opportunities.  The studio offers classes for all ages and levels, including ballet, pointe, partnering, contemporary, jazz, character, tap, modern, hip hop, acro, lyrical and pilates.

Launch Dance Center, formerly known as Pacific Dance Center, made its debut in the fall of 2022.

The studio is proud to continue the long-standing holiday tradition of performing The Nutcracker at the Centinela Valley Center for the Arts in Lawndale.  You won’t want to miss this favorite South Bay holiday event on December 10 & 11, 2022.  

At Launch Dance Center, we believe that learning proper technique, form, and posture make a beautifully skilled dancer. We also believe that dance is more than the steps you learn and technique you practice. Dance is also about confidence, expression, art, fitness, strength, music, performing, teamwork, accomplishments, goal setting, long-lasting friendships, and being part of a family. Dance is a form of expression, and at LDC, we focus on bringing the artistry and individuality out in every dancer. 

We offer a warm, family-like atmosphere while providing strong technical training. Our focus is on building life-long skills and giving our dancers more performance opportunities than are typically offered at other studios. 

We were previously known as Pacific Dance Center, and our curriculum focused mostly on ballet. A change in ownership has brought many new opportunities to expand our dance program while maintaining the spirit of the previous studio and continuing to provide exceptional ballet training.
