Trunk or Treat

The City of Rancho Palos Verdes hosts its annual Trunk or Treat at the Ken Dyda Civic Center, a free, family friendly Halloween tradition in the South Bay. Local businesses and community organizations line the Civic Center lawn with creatively decorated car trunks, giving kids of all ages a safe and festive way to trick-or-treat.

Beyond the candy, families can enjoy Halloween-themed kids entertainment, inflatable attractions, face painting, games, and giveaways throughout the afternoon. A variety of food vendors will be on site, and the costume parade gives kids and grown-ups a chance to show off their spooky, silly, and sweet costumes.

The Recreation and Parks Department is also looking for volunteers to host decorated car trunks and hand out candy or treats at the event.
