Disney Junior’s “Eureka!”: A Brand-New Animated Series
Disney Junior’s new animated series, “Eureka!” is now streaming on Disney Junior and Disney+. “Eureka!” is an animated musical series about a gifted, young inventor who lives in the fantasy prehistoric world of Rocky Falls. It follows the story of a girl, Eureka, who is way ahead of her time.
Eureka builds inventions and contraptions to help make her world a better place and bring her ancient village into the contemporary period via imaginative, out-of-the-box thinking. Eureka is coming to accept that she is not ordinary… she is amazing, with the help of her supportive parents, teacher, closest friends Pepper and Barry, and beloved pet mammoth, Murphy.
Disney Junior’s “Eureka!”: A Brand-New Animated Series
Ruth Righi (Disney Channel’s “Sydney to the Max”) stars as Eureka, Eureka’s parents, Roxy and Rollo, are played by Renée Elise Goldsberry (“Hamilton”) and Lil Rel Howery (“Free Guy”), and Eureka’s teacher, Ohm, is played by Javier Muoz (“Hamilton”).
The first episode follows Eureka and her friends, Pepper and Barry, as they attempt a free a woolly mammoth and finds Eureka trying to befriend a flute player in her class by inventing her a new flute.
In the second episode, Eureka accidentally unleashes a steam geyser at her mom’s restaurant, which leads to the invention of pizza. And Pepper’s pet Dipply follows her to school one day, inspiring other pets to do the same.
Disney Junior’s “Eureka!” is sure to inspire creativity in viewers of all ages. It is now streaming on Disney Junior and Disney+.
The new animated series premieres WEDNESDAY, JUNE 22, at 7:30 p.m. EDT/PDT on Disney Junior. An initial batch of episodes will also premiere the same day on on-demand platforms and streaming on Disney+.
