About the LA Galaxy Soccer Celebration
The LA Galaxy Soccer Celebration, presented by Spectrum, is a free, multi-day fan experience series running alongside the global soccer tournament taking place in Los Angeles this summer. The Galaxy is activating along the coast and throughout the region with events designed to celebrate the sport and bring the community together.
Three event hubs will host different rounds of the tournament:
Long Beach (Pine Ave. between 3rd and Broadway) hosts the Group Stage from June 11-27. Carson’s Galaxy Park at Dignity Health Sports Park hosts the Round of 16 from July 4-7. Hermosa Beach, south of the Hermosa Pier, hosts the Semifinals and Final from July 14-19.
All three events are free and include free parking.
More details, including any additional programming announcements, can be found at lagalaxy.com/soccercelebration.
What to Expect at the Soccer Celebration
Each location will feature a full fan activation experience, not just a match viewing. Here is what attendees can look forward to across all three events:
Live match viewings on large screens with premium audio bring the stadium experience to the community. Galaxy alumni, current players, and special guests are scheduled to make appearances throughout the series. Limited-edition merchandise and giveaways will be available, along with sponsor activations and interactive experiences. There will also be shareable fan moments including music and photo opportunities, as well as family-friendly spaces and dedicated youth programming.

Free Community Food Pop-Up at Dignity Health Sports Park (July 2)
Before the Soccer Celebration moves to Carson for the Round of 16, there is an important community event happening on July 2 that we want to make sure everyone knows about.
New Beginnings Outreach CDC, Gardena-Carson Family YMCA, Dignity Health Sports Park, and the LA Galaxy are partnering together to host a free Pop-Up Food Pantry at Dignity Health Sports Park. The event is open to all community members in need of fresh produce, with food boxed and ready for pick-up.
This is what community looks like. When neighbors need support, organizations rally together to provide moments of relief and connection.

July 4th Drone Show at Dignity Health Sports Park
If one day of events is not enough, July 4 in Carson is shaping up to be a full celebration. After the Soccer Celebration wraps up at Galaxy Park, the City of Carson’s Independence Day Drone Show takes over Dignity Health Sports Park from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
That means on July 4, community members can catch Round of 16 soccer viewings starting at 9AM, stay through the Soccer Celebration fan activations until 6PM, and then watch a drone light show to close out Independence Day, all at no cost.
Carson/Galaxy Park: Round of 16 (July 4-7)
The action moves to Carson for the Round of 16, with events at Galaxy Park at Dignity Health Sports Park from July 4 through July 7. This is the LA Galaxy’s home turf, and it is the perfect backdrop for some of the most competitive matches of the tournament.
The July 4 event also ties into the City of Carson’s Independence Day Drone Show Celebration at Dignity Health Sports Park, running from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, directly following the Soccer Celebration (1PM-6PM). This makes July 4 an especially full day of free community programming.
All events at Galaxy Park are free with free parking.
