Local Spotlight: Monkey See, Monkey Do Organizing

ByLocal Anchor September 12, 2017March 28, 2023
Monkey See, Monkey Do Organizing

Looking to get organized?  This week we are spotlighting Cheryl, from Monkey See, Monkey Do Organizing and she can help! She’s also a writer for Local Anchor, so be sure to check out all her tips on getting organized.

Local Spotlight: Monkey See, Monkey Do Organizing

Tell us about Monkey See, Monkey Do Organizing?

I am a professional organizer. My goal is to help clients get organized in their home so that they can live in their own level of comfort.

What inspired you to launch Monkey See, Monkey Do Organizing?

I have always loved organization. One of my best memories is as a kid,  I would get so excited when the teacher gave us time in class to clean out our desks. For me it was time to organize!

What is one of your proudest moments?

When my clients walk in their newly organized space and immediately feel a sense of calm.

What can one expect when working with you?

My client’s needs and wishes are important. I encourage and ask questions to help them make good decisions for their desired outcome, but I will never make them feel guilty for their choices.

Tell us a little about you:

I am a beach girl. I was born and raised in the South Bay. I have a small but mighty family of three; my husband and our 27 year old daughter.

What do you enjoy doing in the South Bay when you are not working?

I also teach Parent Education classes. I have been surrounded by kids my entire life and I like that! In my free time you can find me at the beach, enjoying the vineyards, going go concerts, traveling and anything else that sounds fun!

How do you give back to the community?

I am not involved in any one particular charitable organization, but find I enjoy volunteering with different organizations and events that are most meaningful at the time.

Thanks Cheryl for helping us get organized here in the South Bay! To learn more you can email her here or check out MonkeyDoOrganizing.com
