I provide support and treatment to women and couples going through transition into motherhood, and struggling with postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I offer time-limited, goal oriented, cognitive-behavioral therapy targeting debilitating symptoms and teaching coping skills. My style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I practice non-judgmental active listening centered on your needs and values. I have received my master’s degree in psychology from The New School for Social research in New York City and my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from California School for Professional Psychology in Los Angeles.”

What inspired you to launch this business?

“I worked in many different settings including Beth Israel Medical Center, Department of Mental Health LAC, Pasadena Rehabilitation Institute, Anxiety clinic. When we moved to the South Bay I wanted to serve local community and help local moms and moms-to be so I decided to open my own private practice where I can serve the local community and focus on doing what I love – helping people feel better.”

“Going through my doctoral program and graduating, while raising two little kids.”

What can one expect when working with you/visiting your location?

Warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude, validation, support.

What do you enjoy doing in the South Bay when you are not working?

“I live in Manhattan Beach with my husband and 2 kids, Maria and Mark. We moved to the South Bay from Pasadena in the summer of 2017 and fell in love with it. We love spending time at the beach, riding bikes, and going to the botanical gardens.”

How do you give back to the community?

“I volunteer at my kids elementary school, I offer free consultations at my office, and reduced fee sessions to military personnel and first responders.”
