“We offer two great services to create amazing video memories, Personal Highlight Videos & Kids Video Portraits
Our first service is Personal Highlight Videos. Your latest trip to the snow, the beach or favorite amusement park. Babies first smile. Graduation. Prom. Send us your video clips and photos and we’ll create a professionally edited highlight video set to the music of your choice, with tasteful graphics and effects. At a price that will have everyone smiling. A thoughtful, and impressive gift that will have you reminiscing for years to come.
They other service we provide is Kids Video Portraits. We also film a custom HD video in your home, where your child is most comfortable and natural. We will contact you before hand to discuss the best day and time, and also learn about what your child is interested in. That way we can have some good questions and conversation topics to engage them when we arrive. We can also film special events such as Birthdays, Family Reunions and more.”

For video portraits we understand it is a privilege to film your child. Therefore we take great care in treating them with the upmost respect and sensitivity. If at any point your child feels uncomfortable with the filming we will take a break and see if we can continue later.”
Tell us a little about you:
“My name is Emiliano Haldeman and I’m the Owner. I’ve worked in the film/video production business for the past 20 years, and I’ve been lucky enough to live in the South Bay for the past 16 years with my wife and two kids. When my first son was born 7 years ago, I quickly realized what a truly special gift it is to have a child. I wanted to capture every single moment with him in video and photos. Having a background as an editor I started creating little highlight videos for every milestone: 1st 6 months, 1st Birthday, etc. Once he started talking, he would make me laugh out loud every morning by the silly things he would say. I started recording him talking in his high chair, and car seat on the way to daycare, and these eventually evolved into the little interviews we’re doing today. Once I started sharing these interview videos to my friends and family, they really enjoyed them, and they started asking me if I could film one with their child. That’s how Smile Pixels came to be, and we hope to create an impressive gift that will have you laughing and reminiscing for years to come.”
What do you enjoy doing in the South Bay when you are not working?
“Going to the beach with the family, surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, and riding bikes.”
What is one of your proudest moments?
“The birth of my 2 children.”
How do you give back to the community?
“We’ve edited free videos for various Schools and Day Care facilities in the South Bay to thank them for allowing us to offer our services.”
