
Earth Day Celebration in Manhattan Beach
The City of Manhattan Beach is set to host an Earth Day Celebration on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the patio behind the Manhattan Beach Library, located at 1320 Highland Avenue. This event will offer a full day of environmental education, sustainability resources, and family-friendly activities designed to inspire and engage the community. Attendees can enjoy an Ocean Protection Film Screening, featuring short films shown every 20 minutes in the Manhattan Beach Library Community Room from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Outdoor enthusiasts can join the Ocean Protection Bike Tour, a free activity with limited space that requires pre-registration. Other highlights include the Roundhouse Aquarium Dolphin Discovery and crafts hosted by Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation. Community booths and resources will be available throughout the event, featuring organizations such as Grades of Green, Manhattan Beach Botanical Garden, Roundhouse Aquarium, and Waste Management.
