Get ready for a festive beachside celebration at the 4th annual Hermosa for the Holidays! This year, Hermosa Beach blends its beloved Holiday Open House and Tree Lighting Ceremony into one magical weekend filled with family-friendly fun. From November 22-24, 2024, Pier Plaza will transform into an open-air winter wonderland where visitors can shop for unique gifts from local artisans and retailers, ride a Ferris Wheel with ocean views, and enjoy storytime while writing letters to Santa. The festivities continue with the Rock for Tots concert on Saturday, followed by the community concert and the grand tree lighting ceremony on Sunday. Families can take memorable photos with Santa and give back to the community at the Giving Village. With activities and entertainment for all ages, Hermosa for the Holidays is the perfect way to kick off the season by the beach!

Celebrate the season with us at the annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, featuring a stunning 27-foot tree and Menorah display. New this year, enjoy an outdoor roller rink experience—advanced reservations are recommended! The event also includes a festive Holiday Pop-Up Shop, live holiday music, inflatables for kids, winter crafts, delicious food trucks, and a cozy cocoa and coffee bar. Admission is free, though there is a small fee for roller skating ($7 for residents, $10 for non-residents, skates included). In addition to the Tree Lighting Ceremony, the roller rink will be open on December 7 and 8 for more holiday fun!
