Easter Brunch in Bayside Ballroom

Join us for an abundant brunch buffet designed to satisfy every craving. Start with freshly baked pastries and a smoked salmon station, then build a made-to-order omelet or indulge in buttermilk pancakes and waffles with all the sweet toppings.

Explore vibrant salads, seasonal fruits, artisan cheeses, and a beautiful charcuterie display before diving into hearty classics like prime rib with au jus, fajitas with all the fixings, applewood-smoked bacon, chicken sausage, and country potatoes.

Be sure to save room for dessert, where an irresistible spread of seasonal tarts, mini cupcakes, cookies, and cheesecakes awaits.

First seating is at 10:00am | Second seating is at 12:30 pm

Buffet will close at 3:00pm

Parking will be available onsite for an additional charge of $15 per car

We will organize seating for the egg hunts using pink and blue bracelets as you arrive to designate each group. The blue bracelet group will be invited to begin the first egg hunt from 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm, which will be timed. The pink bracelet group will follow with their egg hunt from 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm, also timed. This structure will allow for a smooth, organized and enjoyable experience for all participants.

There will be two GOLDEN TICKETS and those winners will receive:

• Two-night stay in a Junior Suite with dinner at BALEENkitchen
• One-night stay in a Junior Suite with breakfast at BALEENkitchen
