Get Festive at Winterfest 2023 at The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge!
Celebrate the start of the holiday season at the second annual Winterfest event at The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge! This beloved annual event is back and better than ever to spread joy and holiday cheer.
Join us on Saturday,December 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00pm for a festive day of family fun, games, activities, giveaways, and more!
Be transported into a winter wonderland when you partake in Winterfest activities – suitable for all ages! Whether you’re a child or adult, this event will offer workshops for everyone, ensuring that all guests can join in on the fun.
Two workshops for adults will be offered at $20 each, per person, and kids’ activities and workshops are complimentary. Space and supplies are limited, so be sure to RSVP in advance!
Workshops for adults (ages 12 and above) include:
“Watercolor Holiday Card Making” from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. led by Kimberly Heimbach of Lady Folk Studio
Make your own personalized greeting cards using watercolors to create one-of-a-kind holiday goodies for family and friends
“Live Ornament Mini Wreath Workshop” from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. with Rolling Greens
Create your own “live ornament” by decorating a mini wreath with succulents, ribbon, and fresh holiday greens
Activities for kids (ages 12 and under) include three separate storytime & craft activities to be held throughout the day at 10:00am, 11:30am, and 2:00pm .
Plus, come support the local arts and watch Village Arts Theater, a non-profit dedicated to theater, dance, and visual arts, perform songs from their upcoming show, Frozen! This special performance will take place at 11:00am on the lower Redwood Deck.
Many of the wonderful shops and restaurants at The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge will also be donating items for a raffle! All registered attendees will receive a ticket to win some amazing prizes such as complimentary cryotherapy sessions at Myodetox, apparel from Reformation, Gift cards to Next Health, Kismet, Tocaya, and more!
What’s more, just in time for holiday season, several retailers and eateries will be providing discounted and/or complimentary products and services! Offers include discounts on your entire purchase at select retailers, gift vouchers, complimentary consultations, free gifts with purchase, and more.
Guests will also have a chance to enjoy exciting in-store activations happening, including “sips & sweets” at Parachute Home from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with complimentary chainstitching/monogramming with any purchase, a dried floral bouquet with any purchase over $250, and a DIY Bath Salt Bar with Bee Dolce Handmade!
Lastly, get your sweet tooth fix at Tuesday’s Sweet Shoppe during a fun Gingerbread/Pretzel House Decorating activity which will take place at their store from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
