LASAN’s Earth Day LA 2023 at Hyperion
Join us for a day of earth-friendly fun as we celebrate our annual citywide EARTH DAY LA!
LA Sanitation & Environment’s signature event is back in full force with over 40 educational (and fun) exhibitors, City vehicles to explore, tons of photo ops, a kids zone, games, prizes, and free food & beverages, while supplies last. We’ll also be hosting composting workshops at the event! In the spirit of environmental awareness, this will be a Zero Waste event.
We’re thrilled to welcome Sally Jaramillo of Spectrum News as our Mistress of Ceremonies. Performances will begin around noon with talented local entertainers, and a DJ with us throughout the day to keep things fun.

Parking is ONLY available at 12505 Vista Del Mar, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293, directly across from the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant. We will provide shuttle service to Hyperion. Only shuttles will be permitted to enter through the security gate.
In an abundance of caution and concern, we ask that those walking/biking/skating to the event go directly to a nearby beach parking lot to be shuttled in as opposed to walking along Vista del Mar.
