The Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation is pleased to announce the return of TOCA’s annual South Bay Festival of the Arts, a free event for the community featuring musical entertainment, local artists, eateries, craft breweries, and tons of family fun. The Festival will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center, 3330 Civic Center Drive, Torrance, 90503.
