Disney’s The Little Mermaid dives deeper than ever before in this visually stunning re-imagining of the beloved classic. Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s timeless tale and the iconic animated film, this production brings Ariel’s world to life with breathtaking movement, striking visuals, and a touch of magic. The underwater kingdom shimmers with mystery and beauty, revealing a story that’s a little darker, a little more real, and all the more enchanting.

With music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater, and a captivating book by Doug Wright, The Little Mermaid invites audiences to experience unforgettable songs like “Under the Sea,” “Kiss the Girl,” and “Part of Your World” in a whole new light. Ariel’s journey of courage, sacrifice, and love unfolds amid soaring aerial artistry, fluid choreography, and rich, imaginative design. Perfect for audiences of all ages, this fresh vision captures the wonder of the ocean and the heart of a story that reminds us what it means to find our own voice.

Arianna Hernandez and Cat Rojo grace the stage in the spotlight role of Ariel. Driven by curiosity and compassion, Ariel dares to explore a world beyond her own, following her heart no matter the obstacles. They are joined by Aaron Byrnes and Jeremy Born as Prince Eric, whose loyalty, courage, and kindness reveal the true heart of a leader. And standing in their way is Ursula, the deliciously wicked sea witch—brought to life with bold, scene-stealing flair by Craig Benson.

Runtime : ~ 2.5 hours including an intermission

All patrons must be ages 2 and up and have a ticket.

Encore Theatre Group uses strobe lighting, fog/haze, and other theatrical effects at times. If you are concerned please consult with your doctor before attending.

Concessions & Merchandise will be available and many great restaurants a short distance away!! 

Accessibility in the theater – Ramped entry accessible from the front door, wheelchair seating is located throughout the theatre. Accessible parking spaces are available directly in front of the venue and in the parking lot off Mariposa – offering a ramp to enter the side door.  Hearing assistance  is available.
