Winter Night Magic at Ken Dyda Civic Center

Rancho Palos Verdes will continue its seasonal celebrations with Winter Night Magic on Saturday, December 13 from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Ken Dyda Civic Center. The Recreation and Parks Department will guide families on a night hike through the Alta Vicente Reserve, offering a chance to experience the sounds of nature under a starlit sky. Hikers may hear owls, insects, and the quiet calm of the reserve at night.

After the hike, families can gather around bonfire pits to warm up with coffee, cocoa, and smores while enjoying campfire stories and songs. Children will also be able to play in real snow and sled down an icy slide. Snow flurries are expected, adding an extra touch of winter wonder to the evening.
