You’re Invited: Rally for Mental Health with NAMI South Bay!
Did you know that 1 in 5 people experience a mental health condition each year? Yet, too many face stigma, isolation, or lack of support. That’s where NAMI South Bay comes in.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) South Bay is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to providing free mental health education, support, and advocacy for individuals, families, and communities. And one of the biggest ways we raise awareness and vital funds is through NAMIWalks—a nationwide movement bringing people together for mental health.
Now, we’re kicking off this year’s NAMIWalks season, and we want YOU to be part of it!
