Building a new concept from the ground up takes a lot of work, especially when the goal is an experience that feels exciting for kids while still delivering meaningful learning. The process has taught her to trust the vision, keep moving forward, and listen closely to the families and kids experiencing Pilot Lounge for the first time.
Right now, the most meaningful part of the journey is watching kids sit down in the simulator and suddenly realize, āI’m actually flying.ā Seeing their excitement and confidence grow in just one experience has been incredibly rewarding, and watching families walk through the doors and immediately grow curious about aviation has already been a special moment for the Pilot Lounge team.
