Tell us a little about you?
“I’ve lived in Redondo Beach with my husband since 2016. Our son was born in 2018. I work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I own and operate South Bay Mommy and Me, my parenting center where I facilitate classes and workshops for parents of children birth – 5 years old.”

“Redondo Beach.”

“I can belt Don’t Rain On My Parade like there’s no tomorrow.”
How do you give back to/support our community?
“In my professional role as an Infant-Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, I provide specialized support and guidance to new moms and families with young children. I also provide free parenting resources.”
Favorite non-profit and why?
“Zero to Three, because they are committed to researching innovative ways to support families with young children and newly postpartum women.”
