Now in it’s 8th year Enchanted Forest of Light is officially a Los Angeles holiday tradition, not to be missed. The magical one-mile trek takes visitors through several lighting experiences in some of the most adored locations of Descanso Gardens. It is an immersive experience unlike anything else in Los Angeles.

Enchanted Forest of Light
From November 19, 2023 – January 7, 2024, visitors can once more marvel at Descanso Gardens’ Enchanted Forest of Light. Popular recurring favorites include a town of dazzling “stained glass” works by contemporary sculptor Tom Fruin created in the Rose Garden, sparkling geometric installations from HYBYCOZO on the Main Lawn, Flower Power on the Promenade, and exquisite lighting effects in the Ancient Forest. Kids big and small love the Symphony of the Oaks, an interactive exhibit involving lights and sound.

Enchanted Ticket Info
Rain or shine, Enchanted will go on. Tickets must be paid in advance, are non-refundable, and have timed entrance. Enchanted ticket costs range from $20 to $40 for members and $25 to $45 for nonmembers. Children under 2 are free.
Members and the general public can purchase tickets right now at descansogardens.org.

About Descanso Gardens
Descanso Gardens, a public garden established in 1953, is situated at 1418 Descanso Drive in La Caada Flintridge, California 91011. Daily hours at Descanso Gardens are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost of admission varies by age group: $15 for adults, $11 for seniors and students with a valid student ID, $5 for kids aged 5 to 12, and free for kids under 5.
Descanso Gardens is a member-supported garden recognized by the National Register of Historic Places and the American Alliance of Museums. All year long, members of Descanso Gardens receive free entry and early entry. Information: descansogardens.org or (818) 949-4200.
