Let’s take the awkward out of period talk.
Flow & Glow is not your average info session—it’s a celebration of growing up, understanding our bodies, and creating open, confident conversations around periods.
✨ For Girls (Ideal for girls aged 12-15, but no age restrictions):
They’ll join a separate, age-appropriate session filled with hands-on activities, movement, and real talk about what’s happening in their bodies—before, during, and after their first period. The goal? Curiosity, comfort, and confidence.
Agenda: Introductions and Icebreakers.; Period and Mindfulness: how to show up for yourself and support your body through changes, how to recognize when changes are occurring; Activity: Fun and engaging activity to get girls talking and comfortable.
Plus: Make your own period kits!
✨ For Moms:
While your daughter is in her group, you’ll join other moms in a relaxed, guided conversation. Learn how to support your daughter through the changes ahead, what’s normal (and what’s not), and how to make these talks feel natural at home.

🚫 What it’s not:
This is not a medical seminar or a clinical presentation. We’re not diving into detailed diagnoses or offering medical advice. Flow & Glow is about creating a safe, age-appropriate space where girls can feel curious, comfortable, and confident talking about their periods.
This is about real connection, playful learning, and creating memories together.
