Public Day: Save the Date

Join us for a scheduled public day on Sunday, August 21 from 11am to 3pm. During your visit you are invited to tour Walt Disney’s Carolwood Barn, Walt’s original home workshop and “happy place.” Displays include items from the backyard railroads of Walt Disney, Ward Kimball and Ollie Johnston, as well as an operating model of Disneyland’s classic Mine Train Through Nature’s Wonderland attraction.

Also on the property are the restored Santa Fe and Disneyland Railroad combine car and Ollie Johnston’s backyard La Canada Valley Railroad depot.



At 2:30pm you are invited to join us for our formal flag retreat ceremony to signal the close of our operating day.
