Riviera Village Halloween Trick or Treat
The Riviera Village Halloween Trick or Treat event has become a South Bay tradition, attracting thousands of children each year to enjoy Halloween in a safe, outdoor and fun atmosphere. Catalina Avenue is closed to traffic from Avenue I to S Elena St. Shops hand out candy and treats outdoors. Stop for dinner in one of the many restaurants in the Village. It’s a great way to celebrate Halloween and enjoy all that Riviera Village has to offer!
Street closure extended to 8 PM; candy distributed until 6pm (while supplies last).
PARKING
Riviera Village has ample parking in the “triangle parking lot” located between Avenida Del Norte and S Elena Street, as well as individual spots on all streets.
Cashless paid parking for the Halloween events is available at Plaza Riviera (1611 S Catalina Ave), at the corner of Catalina and Avenue I. We recommend using Apple Pay or Google Pay and following the garage’s directions for the fastest processing.
There is also a paid parking lot 2 blocks away at Mira Mar Park, located at 201 Paseo de la Playa Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
