Bring the kids in costume for a jam packed morning of Halloween fun set against the backdrop of real vintage aircraft. Explore the museum’s one of a kind exhibits, then dive into a full lineup of family activities you won’t want to miss:

This is a low key, high fun way to spend a Sunday morning with the whole family, and space at the museum is limited. With a sponsor lineup like South Bay Credit Union and Battle Party LA already on board, this is one South Bay Halloween event you don’t want to find out about after it’s sold out.
More Than Just a Party: A Museum Built for Curious Kids
Western Museum of Flight is a non-profit, educational institution dedicated to preserving Southern California’s aviation heritage, and it’s designed with young explorers in mind. The museum’s Kids Aerospace Discovery Zone invites children to play, discover, create, and explore the world of aerospace with curiosity and kindness.
Beyond the Halloween festivities, families get an inside look at completed and in-progress aircraft restoration projects, plus a collection that includes unique and prototype aircraft, target drones, piston and jet aircraft engines, aircraft components, ejection seats, World War II instruments, aircrew accessories, and an extensive model aircraft collection. It’s the kind of place that gets kids curious about math and science just by letting them see, hear, touch, and feel the real products of the aerospace industry, and gives them room to dream about what they want to be.
