Manhattan Beach Fireworks Schedule of Events
The fun kicks off early in the day, with activities taking place throughout Manhattan Beach before the grand finale ā the 37th Annual Skechers Manhattan Beach Fireworks Show. Here’s the full event schedule:
- 3:00 PM ā 4:00PM Skechers Snow Park open for kids/families of the Friendship Foundation located on upper south parking lot above the Pier.
- 4:00 PM ā 6:00 PM ā Mira Costa Choir Carolers stroll Downtown
- 4:00 PM ā 6:30 PM ā Skechers Snow Park (open to the public)
- 4:00 PM ā 6:30 PM ā Santa Float on Manhattan Ave (perfect for a festive photo op)
- 4:00 PM ā 5:00 PM ā Hiatus presented by South Bay Music Connection on Pier stage
- 5:00 PM ā 6:00 PM ā Mira Costa High School Jazz Band
- 6:00 PM ā 7:00 PM ā Joe’s Band performance
- 7:00 PM ā 7:30 PM ā Manhattan Beach Fireworks Show
Skechers Snow Park: Don’t forget to bring new, unwrapped toys, canned food, or monetary donations to support the YMCA Adventure Guides Charity.

Where to Watch the Fireworks
The Skechers Manhattan Beach Fireworks Show is the event’s main attraction. Youāll want to arrive early to pick the perfect viewing spot for the fantastic display. Blankets are allowed on Manhattan Beach Blvd, from Highland Ave to the Pier, starting at 4pm, or once public safety officials determine streets are safe for access. The fireworks will light up the sky at 7:00 PM, so be sure to claim your spot early to avoid the crowds.
Parking & Transportation Tips
UPDATE – NO SHUTTLE AVAILABLE
Parking in Downtown Manhattan Beach is very limited, and is expected to be full by 2:00 PM. Please view the Public Parking Lot Map for other public parking lots in Manhattan Beach. Walking or using alternative transportation such as ride share, taxi, etc. is encouraged. There will be NO shuttles or remote parking lots for this event. Parking lots in the following areas will be PROHIBITED during the following times:
- Upper and Lower Pier Parking Lots (6:00 AM to 11:00 PM)
- Bike rack at base of pier (6:00 AM to 11:00 PM)
- 13th Street between Morningside Drive and Valley Drive (11:00 AM to 11:00 PM)
- Civic Center parking lot on 15th Street (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)
Accessible parking spaces for the event will be available on Manhattan Avenue between 9th Street and 11th Street. Enter from Manhattan Avenue at 9th Street.

- No drones are permitted due to public safety concerns.
