Moompetam American Indian Festival

Aquarium of the Pacific celebrates its twentieth annual Moompetam American Indian Festival. The event features traditional cultural craft demonstrations, storytelling, music, and dance all celebrating indigenous California maritime cultures, including Tongva, Chumash, Acjachemen, Costanoan, Luiseño, and Kumeyaay.

The Aquarium of the Pacific is hosting the twenty-third annual Baja Splash Cultural Festival in celebration of cultures from México, Central and South America, and beyond. You’ll enjoy traditional dance performances, live music, and more.

This two-day event features traditional German and Bavarian cuisines, live music, and plenty of family-friendly activities at the Carnival, including rides, games, face painting, and more. Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite dirndls and lederhosen for a day filled with fun and festivities!
2024 El Segundo Main Street Fair

Join in the fun at the 2024 El Segundo Main Street Fair hosted by the El Segundo Kiwanis Club. Bring your family and friends to the South Bay on Saturday Sept. 28th for a fun filled day of music, food and crafts by local vendors, games and rides for kids, a rockin’ beer garden, and much more!
14th Annual Food, Wine and Brew Festival
September 28
Come out and enjoy a sunny day at the Gardena City Hall Lawn. During the festival you can check out local foods, wine, beer, and retail vendors throughout the day, as well as enjoy live music performances. Ticket proceeds assist in raising funds for the Gardena Senior Citizens Bureau and the Alzheimer’s Support Program. All attendees will receive a wine glass to keep.
6th Annual Downtown Manhattan Beach Car Show
September 29
The 6th Annual Downtown Manhattan Beach Car Show is presented by the Manhattan Beach Police Department K-9 Unit and the Downtown Manhattan Beach Business Association. In addition to cars of all types, there are also all of Downtown Manhattan Beach’s great restaurants, bars, and shops just steps from the pier and beach! There will be police vehicles on display, music, and plenty of family fun. Admission is free for all spectators.
