From photos with Santa to live music performances and a tree-lighting ceremony, there’s something for everyone in your family to enjoy, even the dog!
Holiday Events at Manhattan Village for 2023
Merry & Bright Santa Arrival
Santa’s coming to Manhattan Village! Help welcome the jolly old elf when he arrives to kick off the holiday season. Join in the festive fun on Friday, November 24, from 3 – 6pm. The special holiday event includes a live, family-friendly show at The Plaza featuring performances by Jessica Louise, Live 61, and The Mira Costa High School Marching Band. Afterward, watch as Santa lights up the 41-foot tall Plaza tree, followed by a magical snowfall. Bring your blankets and chairs and snuggle up under the stars for this annual tradition.
Photos with Santa
Santa will be waiting to meet you at Manhattan Village to take photos and grant your wishes from November 17 to December 24. Early reservations are open now, so don’t delay if you want to get a picture before he heads back to the North Pole! Dress up in your holiday best and reserve your photo shoot here.
Pet Photos with Santa
Kids aren’t the only lucky ones who get to snap a photo with Santa. Your fur babies can get in on the festivities, too. Every Monday from November 20 to December 18, Santa is available to take pictures with your pets. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online here.
Letters to Santa
While the man of the hour preps for his big night, kids are invited to share their holiday wishes by writing a letter to Santa. Once their letters are ready, they’ll find a special mailbox waiting for them just outside of Macy’s. The mailbox gives direct access to the North Pole, ensuring that Santa will receive all the letters. Be sure to clearly write your child’s name and return address on the letter and the first 100 letters delivered will be lucky enough to receive a personal response from Santa. The letters can be written and deposited into the box from November 18 to December 20, 2023.
Kids Club
Kids, parents, and caregivers are invited to join the fun at the monthly Manhattan Village Kids Club. The first Tuesday of each month, from 10 am to 12 pm, the Kids Club features a different theme with entertainment, raffles, balloon twisters, face painters, and more! The theme for November is puppets, bubbles, and music fun, while December will be a Christmas celebration. Kids Club events are free, and when you sign up to join, you’ll also earn some awesome coupons you can use at shops and restaurants in Manhattan Village.
