2026 Tour de Pier
Back for the 14th year, the annual Tour de Pier event takes place on Sunday, May 17, 2026. This unique cancer fundraiser combines indoor stationary cycling with a breathtaking ocean view. Participants ride on hundreds of spin bikes against the backdrop of the Pacific overlooking the Manhattan Beach Pier. Some of the South Bay’s best instructors, along with special celebrity guests and entertainers, lead riders through a morning of 5 one-hour spin sessions.
In addition to enjoying a thrilling workout in a gorgeous setting, riding in the Tour de Pier is an opportunity to give back through fundraising. The event raises funds for three cancer charities: The Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, The Uncle Kory Foundation and Cancer Support Community South Bay.

Joining the Ride
The Tour de Pier features five 50-minute sessions. You can register as a team captain and recruit up to four other team members to ride with you, or you can sign-up to join a team that is already registered. Each team member is required to raise a minimum of $100 in addition to the $50 registration fee. But of course participants are encouraged to raise as much as possible.
If you’re biking as a family you have the option to group up to ten family members together so that you can ride alongside one another at the event.
Team spirit is highly encouraged and riders are invited to dress in matching team colors, t-shirts, or even costumes! There will be a team costume contest and the team that shows the most creativity and originality will win a prize.
