Redondo Beach’s Seaside Lagoon Opening for the Summer!
Summer is almost here so get ready to make a splash! Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach is set to open for the season very soon. Keep reading to get all the details about one of our favorite South Bay spots to stay cool and get ready for a summer of fun.

When Is the Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach Open?
Seaside Lagoon is set to reopen for summer starting Saturday, May 23, 2026, Memorial Weekend and will stay open through Labor Day weekend, Monday, September 7, 2026.
The Lagoon is open daily Monday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Days and hours of operation are subject to change.

What Can You Expect at Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach?
Located in Redondo Beach’s King Harbor, on the southwest corner of Harbor Drive and Portofino Way, the Redondo Beach Seaside Lagoon is a fully enclosed saltwater lagoon with small water slides. The Lagoon also features 10 picnic areas with BBQs which require advanced reservations (you can reserve these online here for dates up to one month in advance).
They also offer a private Luau Shelter for large parties which can be reserved online here.
Be sure to pack your own snacks and drinks as there is no food for purchase. The closest restaurant within walking distance is Captain Kidd’s Fish Market and Restaurant.

How Much Does Seaside Lagoon Cost?
Daily entry is $10 for adults (18 and over), $8 for children (2 to 17), and free for kids under 2. You can also purchase a season pass, which is a great investment if you plan to visit often. Season passes are $90 per person or $190 for a family of four.
Seaside Lagoon accepts cash, Visa, and Mastercard.
